The performance will be evaluated after an initial period (three months as a trial)
Delay fines are one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that the total fines do not exceed (20%) of the total contract value.
The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer is 30 days from the date of the end of submitting bids.
The duration of the commitment of the bidder nominated for implementation is 3 days from the day following his notification of the assignment of the pledge to him and the signing of the contract.
