This LITB is issued by UNICEF-Syria Country Office, where: LITB Closure Date: September the 02nd, 2023 at 23.59 hrs. [Syria Time]. Bids sent after the deadline will not be considered. Page 3-5 (BID FORM) of the tender document should be signed, stamped and presented along with the technical bid. Joint venture international companies are encouraged to submit their offers; please review item#4.2 of attached LITB document. All bids shall be submitted in EURO or USD for international companies, the national companies can submit their bids in (USD) or Syrian Pounds (SYP), the Contract will be issued in the same currency of the bid. The payment will be processed in (USD or EURO) for international companies, while UNICEF will process the payments- value in Syrian Pounds (SYP) as per the United Nations Exchange Rate on the date of payment process for national companies in case the bid was in USD.
