Description:
This tender is for suppliers with valid commercial record certificate in Syria or International bidders with representatives who have valid commercial receord certificatein Syria  Stage #1 :"Eligibility Criteria":Vendors should enclose the following documents.i. Evidence of UNGM registration(Registration Number).ii. Acceptance of Special conditions of contrat (Annex- 4) and UNRWA General Conditions of Contract (Annex- 5).iii. Valid bank account details.iv. Valid and updated trade licenses from country of business registration as follows:a. Chamber of commerce for current year. "TechnicalEvaluation":Required Brochures, catalogues & Data sheets: (to be provided along with the technical offer), in this stage, all submitted documentation will be evaluated against the compliance with the specification requested and delivery terms. In addition, UNRWA encourages suppliers to offer thecompliant product with shortest delivery period. Stage #2:"Evaluation of Financial documents": In this stage the offers that are qualified in the first stage "Eligibility Criteria & Technical Evaluation" will be only opened and the award will be made to the lowest best substantially compliantoffer.
