The price of one square meter of land in installments is $30/thirty US dollars only (before calculating the burden rate).
The price of one square meter of land in cash is $26/twenty-six US dollars only (before calculating the burden percentage)
- Subscription fee for each division It is $100/one hundred US dollars and nothing more.
- Providing proof of the subscriber's identity (passport or personal ID)
- The subscriber or his legal agent must come to the government complex in the industrial city of Hassia to conduct the subscription process.
