The Ministry of Sports and Youth announces the holding of a public auction for the second time to invest in two former squash halls in the Al-Shahba facility in Aleppo, according to the book of conditions prepared for this purpose:
The annual fee for starting the public auction is equivalent to 20,000. $ only: twenty thousand US dollars and nothing more in Syrian pounds according to the Central Bank's exchange rates bulletin on the date of the auction
Primary insurance: /15,000,000/ SYP only: fifteen million Syrian pounds only
Final insurance: 10% of the full investment allowance for all years.
Insurances are paid by certified check or cash into a ministry account Sports and youth in Damascus or under a bank guarantee.
Contract duration: 5 years + 2 months of free equipment to be used at the end of the investment period
- Delay fine: 0.1%, one per thousand, for each day of delay.
- The required identification documents specified in Article 11 of Law 51 of 2004.
The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer is 90 days From the last date for submitting offers.
Applications to participate in the public bidding, accompanied by the identification papers and initial insurance, will be accepted at the office of the Sports and Youth Directorate in Aleppo until the date of the public bidding session.
The auction will take place on Sunday 11/30/2025 at 12 noon in the Sports and Youth Directorate in Aleppo.
