Get On the books of legal, financial and artistic conditionsAnd the table of quantities, starting from the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement, in exchange for payment of its value amounting to /5000/SYP only, five thousand Syrian pounds only and /100,000/SYP only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds. Bids shall be submitted in three sealed envelopes. These envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope addressed to the name of the entity specified in the advertisementThe subject of the request for bids must be written on it under a stamp and sent to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until two o'clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 AD. The bids will be received by hand or sent by registered mail.
Bids will be organized in accordance with the provisions of Article 35 of Law No. 2 dated 1/2/2022 regarding Ministry of Defense contracts
Temporary insurance: determined at (2500000) for 0 S only, two million five hundred thousand Syrian pounds and nothing else, and it is presented according to a certified check or a bank guarantee issued by one of the approved Syrian banks and it is for the order of the Military Medical Services Department along with the technical offer and it is submitted within the deadline specified for submitting offers after paying the fees resulting from the guarantees.. .
