According to the technical specifications placed for this purpose
1- The implementation period begins from the date of the day following the report of the contractor, the commencement order
2- Delay fine/ 0.001/ one per thousand of the referral value for each day unjustified delay
3- Final insurance 10% of the referral value according to a certified check, a bank guarantee or a financial delivery
4- The duration of the guarantee and the guarantee / year / as of the date of temporary receipt
5- Offers are submitted to the Office of the Directorate of Agriculture and Agricultural Reform in Tartous within three envelopes. It is placed within a fourth envelope titled as the administration and written on it the subject of requesting offers and the name of the bidder and its address.
