Those wishing to participate in submitting offers can view the books of legal, financial and technical conditions and the table of quantities in the office of the Contracts and Tenders Committee of the Military Medical Services Administration / Damascus - Barzet Al-Balad - next to Tishreen Military Hospital /.
Obtain the books of legal and financial conditions Technical and bill of quantities taking effectFrom the day following the date of the first publication of the advertisement, in exchange for payment of its value amounting to /5000/SYP only, five thousand Syrian pounds only and /100,000/SYP only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds. Request to participate in submitting offers. In a fourth envelope addressed to the name of the entity specified in the advertisement, and on it is written the subject of the applicationA sealed tender shall be submitted to the Contracts and Tenders Committee until two o'clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 AD. Bids shall be delivered by hand or sent by registered mail.
Bids shall be organized in accordance with the provisions of Article 35 of Law No. 2, dated February 1. 2022 regarding Ministry of Defense contracts.
