Announcement for a request to lure offers in the sealed circumstance
For the first time
The Sports and Youth Directorate in Damascus announces a request to lure offers in the sealed envelope to prepare and invest a plot of land as a commercial complex in the Al -Nidal Sports Club facility in the industrial zone.
Initial Insurance: / 500,000,000 / SP Only five hundred million Syrian pounds are not paid in cash in the directorate's account, with a certified check, or a bank guarantee
Final insurance: 10 % of the total value for the entire investment allowance for all years and pays cash or with a certified check or a bank guarantee from one of the banks approved in the Syrian Arab Republic.
Streptococcus: Fifteen years AD then starts from the date of granting the direct order.
The required identification documents specified in Article / 11 / of Law 51 of 2004.
Duration of the bidder's association with its presentation: ninety days from the date of the closure of the presentations.
Offers are submitted to the Diwan of the Sports and Youth Directorate in Damascus 8/8/2025
The shows are the next day at eleven in the morning.
Retail is not permissible in the width.
The project can be found and obtained from the headquarters of the Sports and Youth Directorate in Damascus, Al -Faiha Sports City.
The value of the project is five hundred thousand Syrian pounds in cash in the account of the Sports and Youth Directorate in Damascus .
