The Sports and Youth Directorate in Damascus announces a request to lure offers in the sealed envelope to prepare and invest a building in the facility of Qassioun Sports Club in the Barzeh Autostrad Hameish area
Insurance Initial: / 200,000,000 / S.S.
Final insurance: 10 % of the total value for the entire investment allowance for all years and pays cash or with a certified check or a bank guarantee from one of the banks approved in the Syrian Arab Republic
Period Decade: Fifteen AD, starting from the date of granting the direct order
The required identification documents specified in Article / 11 / of Law 51 of 2004
Duration of the bidder's correlation with its presentation: ninety days from the date of the closing of the offers
Offers are submitted to the Diwan of the Sports and Youth Directorate in Damascus Sunday 17/8/2025
