The city of Baniyas, in accordance with the book of technical, financial and legal conditions and the book of technical specifications for those kiosks and their locations. The public auction will take place on Thursday at eleven in the morning on 3/19/2026. Duration of occupancy: five years Temporary initial insurance: 10,000 only ten thousand liras Syria and nothing else. Final deposits: (10%) of the value of the annual down payment and for the entire period of occupancy, provided by bank transfer, duly certified check, or bank guarantee. Bidding is conducted for the annual occupancy allowance.
