Expression of Interest are invited for Pharmaceuticals, Medical Consumables, Medical Equipment) The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to solicit qualified, and eligible vendors for a potential procurement process in the following nature: 1. Supply of pharmaceutical Items 2. Supply of consumable items (surgical, laboratory, orthopedic, catiration and dental) 3. Supply of medical devices (Mechanical and Electronic) The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to solicit qualified, and eligible vendors for a potential procurement process in the following nature: 1. Supply of pharmaceutical Items 2. Supply of consumable items (surgical, laboratory, orthopedic, catiration and dental) 3. Supply of medical devices (Mechanical and Electronic) 1.2 Deadline for Response Submission Deadline for submission is 17:00 PM (local time/Turkey), on Monday September 04, 2023. Supplier Information Form (format provided as attachment to this EOI):  Supplier full name, address, email address and telephone number  Name and contact information of person submitting the proposal  Full names of the company owners  Payment information: bank name and address and demonstrated acceptance of the Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS) terms of payment as follows: i. 100% of payment value is made within 30 days of full acceptance of items delivered ii. Partial payments could be considered in exceptional basis and based on PO value  Minimum 3 references with names and contact details  Supplier Self-Certification of Eligibility
