Homs Endowments for its desire to launch parts/ 1-2-3/ from the endowment real estate No. 1548/ a third real estate area-next to the cemetery of Bab Al-Darib (Al-Dhaib Al-Asfar) with Homs for preparation and Investment By public auction according to the initial monthly investment allowance as a principle of auction and for a period of three years from the direct order according to the private conditions book (Technical, Legal and Financial) prepared by the Homs Endowments Directorate and the contract system issued by Law / 51 /2004 / and the general conditions book issued by the decree / 450 /2004 / and according to the provisions Law/ 31/ for the year 2018/ as follows:
