Announcement of a request for tenders at full speed
The Real Estate Bank announces to the General Administration a request for tenders at full speed to provide maintenance and repair services for UPS devices of various capacities at the Real Estate Bank, not including spare parts, in accordance with what is stated in the technical conditions booklet and The attached table
Anyone wishing to participate must visit the General Administration of the Real Estate Bank, Governorate Square, to obtain a copy of the legal and technical conditions booklet in exchange for an amount of 200,000 Syrian pounds, two hundred thousand Syrian pounds, nothing more.
Offers are submitted to the General Administration of the Real Estate Bank, Damascus, Governorate Square
- Temporary insurance: 6,750,000 SYP Only six million seven hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds
- Final insurance: 10% of the total value of the contract
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: The bidder is considered bound to his offer for a period of two months starting from the day following the last date for submitting bids
- Duration of the nominated bidder's association with his offer: The nominated bidder remains associated with his offer for a period of three months starting From the day following his notification of the assignment of the pledge to him
- Implementation period: one Gregorian year, renewed year to year if the Real Estate Bank so desires. Starting from the day following the date of the commencement order.
- The late fine is equivalent to 0.001 one per thousand of the total value of the contract
-This announcement is subject to the provisions of the unified contract system issued by law No. /51/ of 2004
The bidder to whom the offer is awarded shall bear the advertising expenses, fees, taxes and stamps incurred on both copies of the contract.
