In accordance with the technical specifications and the book of financial and legal conditions regulating for this purpose and in accordance with the following: Requests to participate in the bidding shall be submitted directly to the Bidding Committee in Damascus Governorate, in the presence of the governorate-s auctioneer, at the time and date specified in this announcement. Attached are the identification papers stipulated in Article 11 of the Unified Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the temporary insurances specified in this announcement. The bidder is exempted from obtaining an old merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document in one of the industrial, agricultural, or commercial chambers.
