The Residential Cooperative Gathering for Professional Syndicates in Damascus announces (Dummar Project ) About offering two commercial stores for rent in public auction in the current situation in accordance with the provisionsRent Law No. 20 of 2015 and its executive instructions
● Anyone wishing to participate in the bidding can view the website and obtain a copy of the advertisement, the book of conditions, and the schedule of properties announced for rent from the Contracts Office or the Investment Office in the cluster administration in exchange for paying an amount of 100,000 SYP. Only one hundred thousand Syrian pounds for each monthIf you want to rent it, you must pay it in the pool fund
● Applications to participate in the auction shall be submitted to the pool office during the period between the announcement and the end of official working hours on Tuesday, 11/28/2023, according to the form approved by the pool administration, accompanied by a notice of payment of the initial deposits according to what is Shown next to each property in a tableProperties advertised for rent, for each property to be rented.
