With its facades on Souk al-Hal in Zabaltani, each shop is an investment based on the current situation (on the annual investment allowance). In accordance with the technical specifications and the book of financial and legal conditions regulating for this purpose and in accordance with the following: Requests to participate in the bidding are submitted directly to the bidding committee in the governorate Damascus, in the presence of the governorate-s auctioneer, at the time and date specified in this announcement, accompanied by the identification papers stipulated in Article 11 of the Unified Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the temporary insurances specified in this announcement.
