Initial and for a period of three years starting from the directive order in accordance with the books of special conditions (financial, legal and technical) prepared by the directorate and the contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004, the Rental Law No. 20 of 2015 and its amendments, and the book of general conditions issued by Decree 450.
