Requests to participate in the auction shall be submitted directly to the Auctions Committee in Damascus Governorate and in the presence of the governorate-s auctioneer at the time and date specified in this announcement, accompanied by the identification papers stipulated in Article 11 of the Unified Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the temporary insurances specified in this announcement
The bidder is exempted from submitting a merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document in one of the chambers of industry, agriculture, commerce, or tourism. The subscription application must be affixed with a lump sum financial stamp of /100,000/SYP, a local administration stamp of /5,100/SYP, a war effort stamp of /300/SYP, a reconstruction stamp of /10,100/SYP, and a martyr-s stamp of /200/SYP
The auction will take place at eleven o'clock on November 5, 2025 in the Damascus Governorate Building - Fifth Floor - Hall No. /534/
