Damascus Governorate announces its desire to hold a public bid to offer the offices located on the first floor of the building located in the Al-Husseiniyah suburb (the old Al-Husseiniyah police station ) (As it currently stands) (on an annual rental fee).
According to the technical specifications and DVTThe financial and legal conditions regulated for this purpose are in accordance with the following:
Applications for participation in the auction shall be submitted directly to the Bidding Committee in Damascus Governorate and in the presence of the governorate's auctioneer at the time and date specified in this announcement, accompanied by the identification documents stipulated in Article 11 of the Unified Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of the year 2004 andTemporary insurances specified in this announcement 0
The bidder is exempted from submitting a merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document in one of the industrial, agricultural, commercial or tourism chambers. A financial stamp of /100,000/SYP will be affixed to the subscription application, a local administration stamp of /5100/SYP, and an effort stamp will be affixed to the subscription application.
