• Start date: 02-16-2026 Completion date: 03-23-2026 Damascus Governorate Public bidding announcement Damascus Governorate announces its desire to conduct a public auction to offer the garage located (behind Al-Sufaniyah Park) (on an annual occupancy fee) (as it stands). According to the technical specifications and financial terms and conditions book and human rights regulators for this purpose, in accordance with the following: Requests to participate in the auction shall be submitted directly to the Auctions Committee in Damascus Governorate, in the presence of the governorate-s auctioneer, at the time and date specified in this announcement, accompanied by the identification papers stipulated in Article 11 of the Unified Contracts System issued. Law No. 51 of 2004 and the temporary insurances specified in this announcement. The bidder must submit a merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document in one of the industrial, agricultural, commercial or tourism chambers. The subscription application must be affixed with a flat financial stamp of /1004/SYP and a local administration stamp of /51/SYP. A war effort stamp is /3/SYP and a martyr stamp is /2/SYP. The auction will take place at ten o'clock on 3/23/2026 in the Damascus Governorate building. Temporary insurance: Temporary insurance is set at 250,000 SYP only, two hundred and fifty thousand new Syrian pounds only, to be paid to the governorate fund according to a receipt. Officially to the Bidding Committee or by a duly certified check by the Damascus Governorate. Final insurance: 10% of the value of the annual occupancy allowance x (occupancy period).
