The final referral date has been set for 4/6/2026 AD. Anyone wishing to invest must contact the Hama City Council - Directorate of Financial Affairs - City Property Department to obtain the conditions booklet, noting that the value of the conditions booklet is 50,000 SYP / fifty thousand new Syrian pounds each. He objected to bringing the following identification documents Summary of criminal record with a copy of personal ID Purchase receipt for the conditions booklet Financial clearance from Hama City Council Payment of deposits by certified check, transfer, or bank guarantee in the amount of 500,000 five hundred thousand Syrian pounds. Initial insurances and insurances are supplemented to 10% of the total investment allowance for the entire investment period upon referral. Any bidder who violates these conditions will not be accepted.
