Start date: 03-15-2026 Completion date: 04/07/2026 Directorate of Sports and Youth in Damascus Announcement of a bid for the first time The Sports and Youth Directorate in Damascus announces its desire to offer an empty plot of land built on the structure of the Qasioun Club for investment by public auction. - Auction subject: Construction Preparing a multi-game playground with an area of 1325 square metres, covering and equipping a building on the structure with an area of 180 square meters in accordance with the book of technical, legal and financial conditions. - Auction location: Directorate of Sports and Youth in Damascus, Al-Fayhaa Sports City - Submission of offers begins from the date of publication of the advertisement The Official Gazette within the Office of the Sports and Youth Directorate in Damascus, Al-Fayhaa Sports City - Deadline for submitting offers: end of official working hours on Tuesday 4/7/2026 - Auction session: Wednesday 4/8/2026 at 11 am at the headquarters of the Sports Directorate in Al-Fayhaa City. - Investment period: two Ten Gregorian years from the date the investor was granted the direct order - Initial insurance: 100,000 Syrian pounds, new currency - Final deposits: 10% of the total value of the contract. The initial and final deposits are paid into the account of the Sports Directorate in Damascus in cash, certified check, or guarantee. Banking - Book of Conditions: The book of conditions can be viewed and purchased for an amount of 10,000 SYP ten thousand Syrian pounds (new currency) from the financial office in the Sports and Youth Directorate in Damascus.
