Final deposits: 10% of the total value of the full investment allowance for all years and paid in cash or check Certified or under a bank guarantee within ten days of TarHe shall be notified of the referral, and the final bonds shall not be returned to the investor except after submitting a clearance for the establishment from the Directorate of Finance, Electricity, Water and Social Insurance, and all his money is related to the subject of the investment
