These insurances are provided by a duly certified check during this period drawn up in favor of the Health Directorate, a bank guarantee, or a receipt order issued by the Central Treasury.
Final insurance: 10% of the value Contract
Duration of implementation of the undertaking: Thirty days from the date of the directive order
Delay fines are one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that they do not exceed 20% of the total contract value
Duration of the bidder's binding to his offer: The bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of 90 days from the day following the end of the deadline for submitting offers, and the nominated contractor remains bound to his offer throughout this period.
