- Start date: 2026-07-14 End date: 0000-00-00 Damascus Hospital Tender announcement To maintain, repair, install and operate the necessary spare parts To repair Daikin air conditioner VRV system In Damascus Hospital for the first time Damascus Hospital announces its need for maintenance, repair, installation and operation of spare parts Necessary to repair the Daikin air conditioner VRV system according to the following Primary insurance: a lump sum amounting to 250,000 SYP only, two hundred and fifty thousand new Syrian pounds and nothing more. Final deposit: 10% of the referral value Implementation period: 40 days for the parts required in the schedule of quantities included in the specifications booklet The technician from the day following the delivery of the work site, and a full calendar year for maintenance from the day following the delivery of the work site Delay fine: 0.1% one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the total contract value. Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: Three months from the date of submission of the offer For the nominated bidder, the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 shall apply to him. Books of terms and conditions for contracts can be obtained at the hospital for a new sum of (1000 SYP).
