• Description:
• Quotation are invited for Maintenance of the Communal Kitchens in Al‐Hol Camp ‐ NES 1 supplying and installing tarpaulin cover and install it over the communal kitchens , as follows: 1‐ the weight :200 (+ ‐ 10 gram)gram/m². * The fixing should be for the communal kitchens:(10.25*6.10) m^2), tarpaulin cover should be fixed , by fixing rope width 2 cm, according to the instructions of engineer and attached drawings, : it will be install over the canvas if needed (mentioned in item 2) , and both layer (canvas and tarpaulin) will be fixed togeather, the price includes removing all the exist damaged tarpuline and plastic sheet, all the work should be done according to the site engineer instructions, 3460 M² 2 supplying and installing canvas cover and install it over the metal frame, as follows: 1‐ the weight :600 (+ ‐ 20 gram) gram/m². The fixing should be : canvas should be fixed with the block wall from the four sites of the communal kitchens, by fixing rope width 2 cm, the price includes removing all the exist damaged canvas and plastic sheet, and all the work should be done according to the site engineer instructions 3750 M² 3 supplying and installing canvas cover and install it on the sides of communal kitchens as follows: 1‐ the weight :600 (+ ‐ 20 gram) gram/m². The fixing should be : canvas should be fixed on the exist steel structure according to the instructions of engineer and attached drawings, the cost includes removing all the exist damaged canvas. 2075 M² 4 Metal Struhcure works for doors : Providing and installation metal door using external and internal frames from an angle metal 4 cm * 4 cm, thickness 4 mm with horizontal beams 4 cm * 4 cm * 4 mm every 70 cm with metal sheet covering 1 mm thickness with paint and lock and all necessary, all the work should be done according to the site engineer instructions, 221 M² 5 Rehabilitation of the windows by adding the necessary metal sections (external or internal frames or parts of them) with the providing and implementation of 4 mm thick crystal with the necessary locks, paint and all that is necessary. all the work should be done according to the site engineer instructions, 50 M2 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 1. Performance inspection and quality of materials: The implementation of the project will be monitored by the staff of the organization. In case of delay in implementation or poor quality of work or violation of the terms of the contract, the organization may stop working with the contractor immediately and deal with another contractor and compensate the first contractor for what has been implemented from work. If the implementation is delayed, the contractor will be fined according to the contract. 2. Inspection of supplies by our organization before delivery: The selected supplier must notify our organization that items are ready in the mentioned place according to attached Financial Offer for implementation. 3. The Quality Assurance/ Quality Control (QA/QC) and Test Analysis that undertake by our organization: QA/QC for any materials before used from contractor/Supplier to be done through our organization site engineer.
