Announcing an internal request for tenders at full speed for the second time
The Damascus Health Directorate announces, for the second time and with full speed, its desire to conduct a request for offers to maintain and repair an oxygen station (double station) in the Ibn Al-Nafis Complex / Ibn Al-Nafis Hospital, College Surgical Hospital, Hospital And the Surgical Eye Bank / in accordance with the general conditions and the book of special conditions (financial, legal and technical) and in accordance with the following:
Initial insurance: The initial insurance was set at an amount of /2,000,000/SYP only, two million Syrian pounds and nothing more.
Payment is made by certified check to the order of the Damascus Health Directorate or by a certified check issued by the Damascus Health Directorate. Accredited banks in the Syrian Arab Republic in accordance with the approved models, provided that its duration is not less than the duration of the engagement stated in the book of special conditions (financial and legal) or in cash according to a receipt issued by the Ministry of Finance. The bidder is bound by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers' notification No. (2/15/B) dated 1/22/2020.
Final insurance: 10% of the value Contract
Duration of implementation of the pledge: The implementation period is set at one calendar year from the day following the contractor's notification of the commencement order
Delay fines are one thousand of the contract value for each day of delay, provided that they do not exceed 20% of the total contract value
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: The bidder remains bound to his offer for a period of 90 days from the day following the end of the deadline.
