Offers accepted Until the end of official working hours on Monday 11/10/2025, it must be submitted to the office of the Quseir City Council according to the following conditions:
Primary insurance: 5%
Final insurance: 10% of the contract value
The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer is 90 days
The duration of the nominated contractor's commitment to his offer is 120 days
Delay fines: (01%) of the contract value for each day of delay
and Bids will be opened on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM
The offers are submitted in three envelopes, and these envelopes are placed in a fourth envelope addressed with the name of the Quseir City Council and written on it.
