Final deposit: 10% of the referral value Implementation period: One calendar year from the day following delivery of the work site Delay fine: 0.1%, one per thousand, for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed 20% of the value Total contract Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: Three months from the date of submitting the offer. As for the nominated bidder, the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 shall apply to him. Terms and conditions books can be obtained from the Hospital Contracts Department for a new amount of (1000 SYP).
