Tartous City Council announces the holding of a full-speed tender for the first time to carry out maintenance and insulation work on the rain network in The city of Tartous in accordance with the provisions of the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and its executive instructions, the book of general conditions issued by Legislative Decree No. 450 of 2004, and the books of legal, financial and technical conditions for the tender.
Estimated statement value: 145,000,000 Syrian pounds, one hundred and forty-five million Syrian pounds only.
Duration of completion Pledge: /180/ one hundred and eighty days from the date of notification of the commencement order or delivery of the work site, whichever is earlier.
Temporary insurance: /5/ five percent of the estimated statement value
Final deposits: 10% ten percent of the value of the financial amount for which the tender will be awarded
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: 30 thirty days, starting from 11/18/2025
Duration Commitment of the nominated contractor to his offer: 90 ninety days, starting from the day following his notification that the tender has been awarded to him.
Date and place for conducting the tender: The tender date is set for Tuesday, 11/18/2025, at 11/11 am in the Tartous City Council meeting hall.
