- Final bonds: 10% of the total value of the contract according to the mechanism specified in the books of special conditions, Article No. (7) of it
- The period of the bidder-s commitment to his bid: (45) days only forty-five days, starting from the day following the deadline for submitting the bids, subject to the provisions of Articles (25 and 32) of Law No. (51) of 2004
- The period of commitment of the nominated contractor to his offer: (45) days only forty-five days starting from the day following his notification in writing to refer the request for proposals to him, taking into account the provisions of Articles (25 and 32) of Law No. (51) of 2004
Execution period The contract implementation period is determined to be (30) days, starting from the day following the date on which the contractor was duly notified of the written commencement order. This is in accordance with the books of conditions that can be obtained from the Directorate of Financial Affairs - Contracts Department - at the Central Bank of Syria in Damascus during official working hours for an amount of (5,000) Syrian pounds.
