The Presidency of Aleppo University announces a tender in accordance with the provisions of Law No. /51/ of 2004 AD for the maintenance of air conditioners and all types of refrigerators in all buildings and colleges at the University of Aleppo in accordance with the book of technical conditions for business and the following conditions
insuranceInitial payments with a value of (2.500.000 SP) only two million and five hundred thousand Syrian pounds
final insurance (10%) ten percent of the value of the contract
implementation period (6) six Gregorian months
the bidder shall bear all financial fees, taxes and all advertising fees Whatever the amount
it is required in the case of one bidder or in the event of the existence of classification partners in the Contractors Syndicate
The bidders are required to submit the following papers: a criminal record - a Chamber of Commerce certificate - a merchant registration certificate - a subscription document to the official announcement bulletin - a copy of personal identity with the required permits according to Contracts Law No. 51 of 2004 AD - primary insurance - payment receipt for the value of the book of conditions
The period of commitment of the bidder to his offer is ninety daysFrom the date of opening the bids, and it is renewed de jure in the event of failure to withdraw within the period specified by law
Those wishing to obtain a book of technical, legal and financial conditions should review the Directorate of Engineering Affairs and Services at the University of Aleppo, the Division of Construction Contracts, after paying the value of / 50,000 / SP fifty thousand Syrian pounds only
Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelopeHe must seal the bidder in the office of the Presidency of the University of Aleppo no later than the end of the official working hours on Wednesday 5/7/2023 AD, and the offers will be opened at twelve o'clock in the morning on Thursday 6/7/2023 AD in the Presidency of the University of Aleppo
