Bids will be accepted until the end of official working hours on Sunday, 4/19/2026 Bids will be opened at the municipal headquarters at ten o-clock on Monday, April 20, 2026 Estimated statement value: /1612260/ SYP only one million six hundred and twelve thousand two hundred and sixty Syrian pounds and nothing else. Duration of work: 40 days. Initial insurance: 5% of the estimated statement value, provided under Check or bank guarantee Final deposit: 10% of the referral value. Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: 100 days. Delay penalty: 0.001 of the contract value for each day of delay. These offers shall be submitted accompanied by all supporting documents stipulated in Article 11 of the Contract System Law No. 51 of 2004 with a decision.
