Quotation are invited for Leadership Training, Focusing on Deepening Managerial Skills in Arabic Language Qualified quotations are sought from a competent leadership service provider with a certified license/authorization to practice the following services: • Physical (preferable) or remote training for CVT managers in Arabic language. • Implementing and strengthening managerial habits in practice: o Competence of the managers and situational leadership o Feedback and motivation o Effective delegation of work (including the specifics of remote management) o Conflict resolution and negotiation o Transfer to the manager-s practice. o Creation of a safe working environment o Roleplaying and scenarios from the context. o Others. CVT staffing • The training will be delivered to 70 or more people across all offices. The division depends on the office capacity and the number of sessions. • This number of people can be divided into groups based on the trainer's requirements. The approximate number of groups is seven, which can be more or less based on staff availability in each location.
