• Start date: 03-24-2026 End date: 0000-00-00 Damascus Governorate Public bidding announcement /for the second time/ Damascus Governorate announces its desire to hold a public auction for the second time, offering the first restaurant located within the starting center of the north (the Abbasids) to public auction for a period of three years (on Annual investment allowance) as it currently stands. In accordance with the technical specifications and the book of financial and legal conditions regulating for this purpose and in accordance with the following: Requests to participate in the bidding shall be submitted directly to the Bidding Committee in Damascus Governorate, in the presence of the governorate-s auctioneer, at the time and date specified in this announcement. Attached are the identification papers stipulated in Article 11 of the Unified Contracts System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 and the temporary insurances specified in this announcement. The bidder must submit a merchant registration certificate document and a subscription document to one of the industrial, agricultural, commercial or tourism chambers A financial stamp of /1001/SYP is affixed to the subscription application, a local administration stamp of /51/SYP, a war effort stamp of /3/SYP, and a martyr stamp of /2/SYP. The bidding takes place in the office of the Chairman of the Bidding Committee.
