Public auction announcement for the first time
Based on the provisions of Law /51/ of 2004 and the provisions of Law /11/ of 2021 and Resolution No. /128/T dated 9/2/2021.
The Public Authority for Fish Resources announces its desire to hold a public auction at its headquarters in Jableh To invest the right to fish in the following dams:
Latakia Governorate: Tarjano - Karsana - Al-Jawziyeh - Salah al-Din - Kafr Dabil
Hama Governorate: Al-Albawi - Mahardah
Homs Governorate: Al-Mazinah
Aleppo Governorate: Al-Sajour
Idlib Governorate: Duwaisat - Al-Bala'a
Auction session time: 12 noon on 11/17/2025. Applications will be accepted until the specified time. To open the auction session, no application will be accepted after the opening of the auction session.
Temporary deposits: only three million Syrian pounds, payable by certified check, bank guarantee, bank transfer, or treasury receipt, and can be applied for each deposit separately.
Final deposits: 10% of the contract value, provided by certified check, bank guarantee, or transfer. Bank or treasury receipt.
The contractor is obligated to pay all fees and charges, including the sales fee.
The person who wins the auction must sign the contract within a maximum period of fifteen days from the date of his notification of the award. In the event that he does not attend or refrains from signing the contract in accordance with the provisions of the book of special conditions and his accepted offer, the deposits provided will be confiscated. The Authority has the right to demand compensation for malfunction and damage when necessary.
Implementation period: five years from the date of handing over the dam site.
The duration of the nominated contractor's engagement with his offer is 30 days.
