Temporary insurancesFor the first group (6,000,000) six million Syrian pounds only
The second group (4,000,000) four million Syrian pounds only
The bidder pays the initial deposits for each group he applies to, and if the bidder applies for more than one group, he pays the initial deposits for the group with the highest financial value
Insurances The final 10% of the referral value
The delay fine is one per thousand for each day of delay
The implementation period is ninety days
The bidder may submit a bid for one or more groups and one or more items
