Start date: 03-25-2026 End date: 0000-00-00 General Authority of the University City at Lattakia University Public bidding The deadline for receiving offers is up to the hour specified for the opening of the bidding session Bidding date is eleven o'clock on Tuesday, April 14. 2026 AD Investments in the General Authority of the University City at the University of Latakia For the first time: Laundromat in the fourth unit / tailoring shop in the fourth unit / kiosk next to the fifth unit / electronic games and sports hall in the twelfth unit / mini market and buffet in the sixth unit / barber shop Men's shop in Unit Nine / Shoe repair booth in Unit Four on campus The investment period is according to what is stated in the terms and conditions book Primary insurance: according to what is stated in the conditions booklet Final deposit: 10% of the contract value The contractor shall bear all taxes, fees and expenses It included fees for publishing and returning official announcements Attach a subscription document to the official advertisement bulletin if the offer exceeds ten thousand new Syrian pounds. Any offer that does not include the aforementioned document will be rejected.
