For the first time: a kiosk next to the fifth unit / a kiosk next to the twelfth unit / an electronic and sports games hall in the twelfth unit / a mini market and a buffet in the sixth unit / a beauty salon for ladies within the ninth unit / A restaurant within the ninth unit / a men-s barber shop in the ninth unit / a shoe repair kiosk in the fourth unit / a mini market and a buffet in the university city outside the university campus / installation of an Internet portal within the general authority of the university city. The investment period is according to what is stated in the notebook Terms. Primary insurance: according to what is stated in the conditions booklet. Final deposit: 10% of the contract value. The contractor shall bear all taxes, fees and expenses, whatever they may be, including the fees for publishing and returning official announcements.
