• Start date: 12-02-2025 End date: 0000-00-00 Presidency of the University of Aleppo Public bidding announcement The Presidency of the University of Aleppo announces that a public auction will be held in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 51 of 2004 for the work of investing in the student canteen in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Aleppo according to the book of technical conditions. Financial and private legal matters, under the following conditions The initial insurance amounts to (10,000,000 Syrian pounds) only ten million Syrian pounds. Final insurance: 10%/ten percent of the contract value The investment period is one calendar year, extendable for another year by agreement of both parties The bidder bears all costs All financial fees, taxes, and advertising fees, regardless of their amount Exhibitors are required to submit the following documents: a criminal record - a certificate from a chamber (of commerce, industry, agriculture or tourism) a merchant registration certificate - a subscription document to the official advertisement bulletin - a copy of personal identity with the required permits according to Contract Law No. 51 of 2004 - Primary Insurance - Receipt of Book of Conditions The commercial register must be compatible with the nature of the declared profession The bidder's commitment period for his bid is ninety days starting from the date of the auction, and it is automatically renewed in the event of failure to withdraw within the specified period. Legally Those wishing to obtain the book of technical, legal and financial conditions must review the Directorate of Engineering Affairs and Services - Contracts Division at the University of Aleppo after paying the value of 25,000 SYP, nothing more than twenty-five thousand Syrian pounds for each canteen.
