Announcement of a public bidding
The Presidency of the University of Aleppo announces the holding of a public bidding in accordance with the provisions of Law No. /51/ of 2004 AD for the work of investing in the student canteen in the College of Civil Engineering And the student canteen at the Technical Institute of Business Administration at the University of Aleppo, according to the art bookletThe financial, legal, and private financial and legal matters for each canteen separately and under the following conditions:
Initial insurance amounting to (5,000,000 SYP) only five million Syrian pounds.
Final insurance / 10% / ten percent of the contract value.
The investment period is one calendar year only.
The bidder bears all financial fees, taxes, and advertising fees, regardless of their amount
YashtExhibitors are required to submit the following documents: a criminal record - a certificate from a chamber (of commerce, industry, agriculture or tourism) a merchant registration certificate - a subscription document to the official advertisement bulletin - a copy of personal identification with the required permits according to Contract Law No. 51 of 2004 - Insurance Initial - Terms Book Receipt
The record must be theCommercial compatible with the nature of the advertised profession
The bidder's commitment to his offer is ninety days starting from the date of the auction and is automatically renewed in the event of failure to withdraw within the legally specified period
The advertisement is divisible
Those wishing to obtain a book of technical, legal and financial conditions must review the Directorate of Engineering Affairs and Services - Division ContractsAt the University of Aleppo after paying the value of 25,000 S.P. and twenty-five thousand Syrian pounds only
The auction will be held at exactly twelve o'clock in the morning on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 AD, headed by the University of Aleppo
