The unified law issued by Law No. 51 of 2004 and its executive instructions, the book of general conditions, and the book of legal, financial and technical conditions for the auction. The investment period is /3/ three years starting from the date of delivery of the work site Initial insurance /10,000,000/ ten million Syrian pounds only Change Final insurance is 10% ten percent of the total value of investment allowances for the entire contractual period The bidder's commitment period for the auction is 90/ninety days, starting from the day following the date specified for holding the auction The date specified for holding the auction: The date for holding the public auction is set on Sunday Corresponding to 1/11/2026 at 11:11 am in the meeting room of the Tartous City Council.
