Years, and the date for the final referral has been set on 3/30/2026 AD. Anyone wishing to invest must contact the Hama City Council - Directorate of Financial Affairs to obtain the conditions booklet, noting that the value of the conditions booklet is / 1,000,000 SYP / one million Syrian pounds in old Syrian pounds, which is equivalent to /10000/ for ten thousand Syrian pounds in the new Syrian pound. Every bidder must bring the following identification papers: Summary of criminal record with a copy of personal ID Purchase receipt for the conditions booklet Financial clearance from Hama City Council Payment of deposits by certified check or transfer Or a bank guarantee in the amount of / 50,000,000 / S.P. Fifty million in the old Syrian pound, equivalent to / 500,000 / S.P. Five hundred thousand only in the new Syrian pound Initial insurances, and the insurances are supplemented to 10% upon referral, and no bidder who violates these will be accepted.
