Masyaf City Council announces a public bid for investing shops No./1-2-3/Al-Massasin Office No. 1/and office No. 3+4/combined and paying attention to real estate No./441/Masyaf and the return ownership of the Council Masyaf
Investment duration: 3 three years
The date of the bid is determined on Sunday 7/9/2025 AD at eleven in the morning in the Hall of the City Council of Masyaf
Those who wish to participate in the bidding should see the book of conditions preserved with the contract department for a sum of money/ 200,000/ for 0 hundred thousand Syrian pounds, accompanied by the following.
1- Request a subscription By bidding is attached to the necessary identification papers
2- The delivery of initial insurances of /2000,000 /million Syrian pounds only
3- Final insurance/ 10%/ of the referral value
4- The period of the bidder's association with a presentation/30/days from the date of referral
5- All expenses and fees for advertising and a public auction fee of 5% of the referral value, 10% local administration and 10% Schools of the value of the auction fee and/14/in a thousand contracts for the stamp of the contract and 5% local administration of the value of the contract fee is the responsibility of the auction
6- Accept the requests to subscribe to the bidding until the time specified for the opening of the bidding session at eleven in the morning on Sunday, located in 7/9/2025 m
