Announcement of Public Bidding
The General Authority for Civil Aviation announces a public bid for the investment of a restaurant in the public lounge and the transit restaurant at Aleppo International Airport, according to the technical, financial and legal conditions book prepared for this purpose. Initial insurance (1,000,000) only one million Syrian pounds.
Final insurances [10%] Ten percent of the total referral value
The contract period as stated in the book of technical, financial and legal conditions prepared for the project
Delay fines [0.005] Five per thousand for each day of delay, provided that they do not exceed 20% of the total contract value
The period of the bidder-s commitment to his offer is ninety calendar days from the date on which the offer was submitted The conditions required for the investor are all the conditions specified in paragraph [a] of Article 11 of the Unified Contract System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004
Bidding shall take place in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph (b) of Article (80) of the Unified Contract System promulgated by Law No. 51 of 2004 at the twelfth hour of the date 3/15/2021 in the General Authority of Civil Aviation in Damascus - Nejmeh Square
