Public bidding announcement
The General Authority of the University City in Aleppo announces that a public auction will be held in accordance with Law No. 51 of 2004 for the investment works of investment tenders in the General Authority of the University City in Aleppo for the plots mentioned in the table. Below, according to the book of technical, legal and financial conditions for each investment proposal separately and under the following conditions:

The initial insurance amounts to (1,000,000 SYP) only one million Syrian pounds for each divider.
Final insurance: 10%/ten percent of the contract value
The investment period is one calendar year for one division
The bidder bears all costs All financial fees, taxes, and advertising fees, regardless of their amount.
Exhibitors are required to submit the following documents: a criminal record - a certificate from a chamber (of commerce, industry, agriculture or tourism) a merchant registration certificate - a subscription document to the official advertisement bulletin - a copy of personal identification with the required permits according to Contract Law No. 51 of 2004 - Initial insurance - terms and conditions book receipt - auction entry receipt
The bidder's commitment period for his bid is ninety days starting from the date of the auction, and it is automatically renewed in the event of failure to withdraw within the legally specified period.
