Start date: 04-13-2026 Completion date: 05-04-2026 Safita City Council Announcement of a public auction for the first time The Safita City Council announces the holding of a public auction to invest or occupy a room on the Safita-Tartous main road, Mabaret al-Mandara Junction, for two years. The bidding takes place in the council building Safita City on Monday, May 4, 2026 at eleven in the morning Anyone who wishes to participate in the bidding must visit the Safita City Council and purchase the booklet of conditions for the bidding for an amount of only 1,000 Syrian pounds. Subscription applications shall be submitted to the City Council Office as an attachment With the required papers and a notice of payment of the initial deposit amounting to 10,000 SYP only, ten thousand new Syrian pounds, until eleven o-clock in the morning on Monday, May 4, 2026. The bidder who wins the bid will bear the fees for publishing the advertisement and all taxes and fees specified in Laws and regulations. The duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer is 180 days. Final insurance is 10% of the value of the total investment allowance 150743
