The Ministry of Public Works and Housing announces the Syrian Building and Construction Corporation - Military Housing Corporation - Branch 3 in Aleppo for a sealed bidding for the investment of the Mir Al-Hussein site (prefabricated factories + asphalt gravel) in the city of Aleppo.
Initial insurance: 500,000,000 only, five hundred million Syrian pounds, provided by certified check, bank note, or bank guarantee.
Final insurance: 5% of the value of the investment contract.
Investment period: fifteen calendar years.
The duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer is 60 days.
