Announcement to lure offers to invest in the Idlib Hotel and accompanying events
The Ministry of Tourism and Idlib Governorate announces their desire to lure offers for investment, management and operation of the Idlib Carlton Hotel and its accompanying activities according to/ 18/ conditions book included (the Panoramic restaurant hotel Swimming pool and cafeteria Sports Club Weddings Hall Cafeteria Hotel Cosmetics Center Multi -Use Hall/ 9/ Gold Branch Shops)
Independently for each event and according to the following
Initial insurance is $ 15,000, per effect
The investment duration is 25 years for each event.
Offers are submitted to the General Court in Idlib Governorate until A maximum date for the end of the official working hours on Tuesday 12/8/2025
Initial insurance is paid according to a bank guarantee or a certified check for the Ministry of Tourism and that the guarantee or the check is accredited by one of the banks operating in Syria
The conditions book on investing any of the above events can be obtained from Idlib Governorate Meeting $ 1,000 USD
The Ministry of Finance is paid to the central treasury according to an official receipt and the provision of integrated offers to the Idlib Governorate Court
